Christian Weiner and Mark-André Töllner have been doing exactly that at DEH for many years – each in their own unique way.
Christian has been part of DEH for 15 years and during this time has not only supported numerous customer relationships, but also helped shape real success stories. One particularly defining achievement was the development of the Dongles brand together with REWE – a sales concept that is now present in more than 1,500 stores and has had a lasting impact on the partnership.
With creativity, innovative ideas and great personal commitment, Christian has contributed to numerous projects, marketing campaigns and customer developments. At the same time, he is someone who values personal exchange, is always open for conversations and connects many colleagues through his communicative nature.
Mark-André looks back on 10 years at DEH – shaped by experiences, challenges and many shared moments. With his calm and thoughtful manner, he is a reliable part of the team and someone colleagues can always count on in day-to-day business.
As a family man, passionate BVB fan, fairground enthusiast and lover of classic rock music, he always stays authentic. Colleagues know him as someone who prefers working behind the scenes, handles tasks reliably and contributes to the team atmosphere with his easy-going personality. And whenever the “Amerikaner” pastries are mysteriously gone in the morning, most people already know who might be responsible.
Both anniversaries demonstrate in their own way what DEH stands for: long-term commitment, personal growth and people who leave a lasting impact on the company through their character and dedication.
