APPRENTICESHIP START 2026 – WELCOME TO THE TEAM!
New faces, fresh perspectives and plenty of motivation.
Last week, we welcomed two new apprentices to our team. Both are starting their professional careers with an apprenticeship in office management.
The first day at work is something special – and sometimes quite exciting, too. As a training company, it is therefore important to us that our new colleagues have time to settle in, make their first connections and get to know our company personally.

A special highlight was that our experienced apprentices took responsibility for planning and organising the first day. This resulted in a varied welcome programme created on an equal footing – personal, creative and tailored to the needs of our new team members.
The day began with a joint apprentice breakfast, giving everyone the opportunity to get to know one another in a relaxed atmosphere. This was followed by a specially prepared scavenger hunt around the company. Along the way, the new apprentices became familiar not only with our premises, but also with the different teams.
Guidance for a successful start
As part of our welcome event, the two young professionals also gained valuable insights into our company, the way we work and the structure of their apprenticeship. This provided an opportunity to answer initial questions, offer guidance and lay a strong foundation for the years of training ahead.
Following their first days, our new apprentices are now starting their first departmental placements with great motivation. They are already contributing with a high level of commitment, gaining their first practical experience and actively supporting their teams.
We are delighted to have you with us and wish you a successful start, many exciting experiences and a rewarding apprenticeship.
