DEH AT SIAL PARIS 2026

Following a successful appearance at PLMA in Amsterdam, DEH is heading straight to the next international stage: SIAL Paris, taking place from October 17–21, 2026 – one of the world's leading trade fairs for the food industry.

For DEH, SIAL Paris is another important milestone in driving our international growth strategy and expanding our global partnerships.

Visit us in Hall 6A | Stand F135.

With its trade show concept "DEHlicious … for you!" and the guiding theme "Back to the Roots – Reinventing Classics," DEH will demonstrate how traditional bakery products can be transformed into successful concepts for international markets through innovative product ideas and state-of-the-art production technology.

A key focus of our exhibition will be products from our significantly expanded in-house production facilities in Germany and Hungary. With our new laminating line at our Heiden production site, we have further strengthened our expertise in laminated and puff pastry products, enabling us to develop innovative bakery concepts quickly and flexibly.

Together with our customers, we create tailor-made bakery concepts that are precisely adapted to different markets, target groups and assortment strategies.

At SIAL, we will showcase a selection of familiar bakery classics, innovative product concepts and international bakery specialties.

Among the highlights are:

  • “Franzbrötchen” & Danish pastry – "New Flavors Unlocked"
  • Biscoff® Croissant & Biscoff® Twist
  • Quark Crumble Pillow ("Dro?d?ówki z serem")
  • Balkan Flatbread
  • Pizza Donut
  • Mini Berliner

With these products, we demonstrate how traditional recipes, international flavor influences and current food trends come together to create innovative bakery concepts.

We look forward to inspiring conversations, new partnerships and personal exchanges. Visit us and discover our latest product innovations live at the show.
