DEH AT CAREER DAY 2026 AT REALSCHULE GEVELSBERG
Personal conversations, insights into our apprenticeship opportunities and, of course, fresh baked goods: At Career Day at Realschule Gevelsberg, students had the opportunity to get to know DEH and learn more about the career paths we offer.
What comes after school? Which apprenticeship is the right fit for me? And what is it actually like to work in a company?
Questions like these are an important part of career orientation for many students. That is why opportunities to meet companies in person, ask questions and gain first-hand insights into different professions are so valuable.
DEH was also represented at Career Day 2026 at Realschule Gevelsberg. Christina and Maja, together with our apprentice Hammad, were on site to exchange with students and provide information about our apprenticeship opportunities.
The focus was on our apprenticeship programmes for Office Management Assistant and Wholesale and Foreign Trade Management Assistant.
However, the event was about more than just job profiles. It was important to us to present DEH as an approachable company with strong ties to the local region. With sample baked goods, goodie bags and an informative handout, students were able to discover different sides of our company.
Our baked goods in particular attracted plenty of attention and quickly became an ice breaker.
Under the motto DEHcide your way, we want to encourage young people to explore different career opportunities and find the path that is right for them.
