DEH BRINGS VARIETY OF BAKED GOODS TO SALZBURG
New markets, new flavors, new opportunities: From 7 to 10 November 2026, DEH will be exhibiting at “Alles für den Gast” in Salzburg.
For us, GAST Salzburg is an ideal opportunity to showcase the diversity of our bakery range, gain new inspiration and engage directly with decision-makers from the hospitality, hotel, catering and communal catering sectors. At the same time, we aim to further expand our activities in Austria and Bavaria, build new partnerships and gain a better understanding of which products and concepts are in demand across different markets.

The focus will be on sweet and savoury snacks, proven bakery classics, new flavor ideas and products from our significantly expanded in-house production.
Under the concept “New Flavors Unlocked”, we show how familiar products can be reinvented with new fillings and flavor combinations. One example is the traditional „Franzbrötchen“ from northern Germany: its familiar shape and recognisable character remain, while new flavor variations bring fresh inspiration to the range.
Our new laminating line in the Münsterland region also gives us additional opportunities to develop Danish pastries and puff pastry products. This allows us to implement new product ideas more flexibly and develop concepts together with our customers that are tailored to different target groups, markets and assortment strategies.
For us, internationalisation does not mean offering the same products everywhere. It is about understanding markets and using our production expertise to create solutions that truly fit.
With more than 450 frozen bakery products, our own production facilities, dedicated contacts and reliable logistics, we are bringing a broad range and plenty of scope for product development to Salzburg.
