No insects in our baked goods - focus on quality and tradition!

As of 10 February 2025, a new EU regulation will allow the use of UV-treated mealworm powder (Tenebrio molitor) in foods such as bread, cakes, pasta and cheese.
While this new ingredient represents an alternative for some manufacturers, we remain true to our philosophy:

 We deliberately do not use insect flour in our products. Instead, we rely on proven recipes, high-quality ingredients and our many years of experience in the art of baking.
