DEH x PLMA 2026

It was DEHlicious once again at PLMA 2026 – two intensive and successful days at the trade fair that brought one thing above all for DEH: many valuable conversations.

With creative reinterpretations of classic bakery products, new snack ideas and products from its own production facilities, DEH presented itself at this year’s PLMA in Amsterdam. Under the trade fair concept “DEHlicious … for you!”, the company demonstrated how traditional bakery specialties can be transformed into contemporary concepts for the international private label market – striking a chord with many visitors.

It quickly became clear: the market is still actively looking for innovative product ideas and new taste experiences. In particular, the reimagined Franzbrötchen variations and the new Churro Donut quickly became key talking points at the stand. Under the motto “New Flavors Unlocked”, DEH introduced new flavors such as yuzu, mango-passion fruit, strawberry, raspberry and nut, giving the northern German classic a completely new twist.

The Churro Donut was also especially well received by visitors. This trend-inspired product concept combines the crispy texture of a classic churro with the soft consistency of a donut – refined with cinnamon and sugar.

In addition to the product innovations, the Quarkstreuselkissen also attracted considerable attention – inspired by the traditional Polish bakery specialty “Dro?d?ówki z serem”.

The positive response to our own production confirms that we are on the right track: rethinking classic bakery products, embracing international flavor influences and developing innovative product ideas together with our partners.

In addition, we were able to hold numerous promising discussions with retail partners. Many of these conversations have already resulted in concrete inquiries regarding new product ideas as well as the further development of existing concepts. How sustainable and successful these newly established contacts will become will be seen over the coming months.

We would like to thank all visitors for the open exchange and their interest. With many concrete starting points, we are now moving into follow-up – and the next steps.

To wrap up, we have prepared something special:
